Our Open Box option allows you to accumulate purchases within a specified open box period as stated on your invoice. Once your box reaches $150, you qualify for free delivery.
What are your delivery options?
We offer free delivery for orders of $150 and above. All tracking details will be sent via SMS once your package is dispatched. We currently do not offer international shipping.
What should I do if I want to close my box?
To close your open box, please submit the close box form available on our website. Your items will be shipped on the next available courier pick-up date.
How do I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, the courier company will send tracking details via SMS.
What is your return or cancellation policy?
Once an order is confirmed, we do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
