We’re excited to offer flexible delivery options to suit both our live sale customers and website visitors!

For Live Sale Customers

You can choose from these options during checkout:

Open Box:

  • Keep your box open to accumulate purchases over time.
  • A $5 fee applies for opening a new box, but this will be waived if your total reaches $150 during the open box period.
  • Free doorstep delivery for orders above $150.

Close Box:

  • Select this option for delivery of your items.
  • Free delivery for orders above $150. A flat shipping fee of $5 applies for orders below $150.

For Website Visitors

When shopping directly on our website, you can enjoy:

  • Free Doorstep  Delivery: For orders above $150.
  • Doorstep Delivery Shipping: A flat fee of $5 applies for orders below $150.

 

FAQs

• Can I combine live sale items with website purchases?

Yes, you can! If you’re a live sale customer and you have an open box with us, you can add website purchases to your open box. Just drop us a WhatsApp message with your IG handle and order number before making payment. 

• How do I close my box early?

If you wish to close your box before the end of the open box period, fill out the Close Box Form available on our website. We’ll process your request and deliver your items during the next courier pick-up date.

• When does the open box period end?

Boxes are automatically closed at the end of each month if no close box request is submitted earlier.

How will I receive my tracking information?
Once your order is fulfilled, our courier will send you an SMS with your tracking number. If you do not receive this SMS within a reasonable time, please contact us via WhatsApp.

Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please ensure the address provided is correct before finalizing your order. If you notice any issues or need to confirm the details, please reach out immediately.
