- Points will be automatically credited to your account after successful transactions.

- Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

- If a customer is inactive for 12 consecutive months, all accumulated points will be reset to 0. However, lifetime VIP membership remains unaffected as long as the account is reactivated within this period.

- Once points have been redeemed for a reward, and the reward expires without being used, we are unable to reinstate the points or vouchers.

 Dream Crystal reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any customer account that is found to be in violation of our terms of service, including but not limited to:

  - Ignoring repeated payment requests or failing to complete payment after multiple reminders.

  - Fraudulent activity or misuse of the points system.

  - Inappropriate or abusive behavior towards staff or other customers.

  - Attempts to manipulate or exploit the points system.

- If an account is banned or blocked, all accumulated points and rewards will be forfeited, and the account will be closed permanently without the option for recovery or reinstatement.

Dream Crystal reserves the right to modify or terminate the points system at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to customers via email or through our website.
